Conditions of Booking

1. A Deposit of £100 per week is due on booking payable at any branch of Barclays Bank in the UK. Payments details are provided on booking
2. The Balance is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival.
3. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation the following charges apply:
   • 8+ weeks 50% of deposit
   • 4-7 weeks 75% of total cost
   • 0-6 weeks 100% of total cost
4. Apartments are normally available from 2 pm on the day of departure and should be vacated at 10:30 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
5. letters for insurance purpose, due to sickness etc are supplied in all cases for total claim.
