This well maintained family resort in the heart of Los Cristianos with lift and wheelchair access, is a great central location for all the family boasting 3 swimming pools (1 heated), There is a bar located on the ground floor of the resort, with the nearby Apolo Centre featuring a variety of shops including a newsagents, bakery, supermarket and restaurants, yet only a 4 minute walk to the beachfront.

Local places to visit include Siam Water Park, with a free bus service, or take a bus from the nearby bus station to any of the many attractions suitable for all ages. With local golf courses, beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, your days will be filled with adventure. For those of you who are more energetic and enjoy walking, there is a variety of well organised mountain walks in both rural & local areas as well as cycling trips.

San Marino

San Marino is situated in the centre of Los Cristianos and is a great family and holiday resort with 3 pools, with 1 heated pool and a lively pool bar. It is only a short stroll to the picturesque harbour & beach where you will find a host of bars and restaurants and bars catering for everyone.

The apartment is within a 2 minute walk to the local bus station where you can catch a bus to all corners of the island and explore the beautiful island of Tenerife. . The buses in Tenerife are very low in price, & yet you can be in the north of the island within 1 hour! If you need to hire a car, there are many car hire companies in the locality, where you will be able to hire a car at competitive rates.

The apartment at San Marino is suitable for 2-4 persons, enjoying views of Los Cristianos. Complete with 2 bedrooms & 2 walk-in shower-rooms - en suite ,together with a balcony that is ideal for all day relaxation and of course for enjoying the afternoon sunshine.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of this very popular complex with 3 swimming pools, 1 heated, & is only 3 mins walk to Los Cristianos and 5 mins walk to the picturesque beach. Los Cristianos is a delightful local fishing village where you can find the very best of restaurants, or just a small local bar serving fresh fish.

If you need to keep in contact with people back home, Internet facilities are available so you're never out of touch.. On arrival at our apt, most likely by our own taxi service , you will find a welcome pack including fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk & toiletries including shower caps, hair shampoo, shower gel,etc.

We offer 'home from home 'amenities & a 24 hour maintenance service from Pete & Terry whose enthusiasm to please is boundless. Rental prices

All rents throughout the year, with the exception of Christmas & New Year; weekly, £245 for 2 persons, £305 for 3 persons, £365 for 4 persons and £60 extra for each additional guest up to 5 persons (when the sofa-bed would come into use). Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, rates from £40 for 2 persons per day.

Christmas & New Year weeks this year are to be let, only together . The price is £790 for 2 persons & £150 for each additional guest for this 2 week period.. approximately 21st Dec until 4th Jan 2011.

Clients requiring holidays for a month or longer, please note that we offer a special rate of £850 pcm for 2 persons, £950 for 3 persons & £1100 for 4 persons. All linen and towels are provided. Additional visiting guests are welcome, rates from £50 pw per person.

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can keep that day free of bookings & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. The price for this service is £35 for 2 persons, £40 for 3 persons & £45 for 4 persons.
